The hospital was very welcoming. The staff on reception were very friendly and polite. My room was clean and the nurses very approachable and caring. I had a choice of meals and the food was freshly prepared. I found the experience at the hospital very good- nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this hospital.

You could improve by doing something about the parking - maybe employ an attendant to stop car parking on grass (NOW MUD) verges where they shouldn't be parked. The hospital has outgrown the car park, and it is stressful wondering if you are going to be able to park before an appointment

The hospital and staff have been amazing anything i needed they were there to help and the room was very clean and tidy. The food was lovely and very tasty. I would say the staff made my hospital experience a good one i would like to thank them all for my care i received and would recommend this hospital to anyone who was considering a hospital to have thier treatment with. Great efficient service

The hospital was clean and comfortable. As someone who is terrified of hospitals being a patient at Beaumont Hospital made the whole experience a positive one for me. I was given my own room which enabled a family member to stay with me whilst waiting for the procedure. I could relax and watch television and talk with my family helping with the anxiety I was feeling. On return from surgery I had my own room and family to reassure me. The nursing staff were excellent in their care, as were the Physiotherapists who advised me at the time of the surgery,and their treatment in the clinic the weeks after surgery. The Physiotherapist at Beaumont Hospital provided me with the confidence to move my knee and the 3 visits to the clinic pushed into making more movement and eventually back to being able to do normal activities. The food served was also healthy and very tasty.

This is a private hospital which has a contract with the NHS. I have been treated here both as a private patient and also through NHS and was treated exactly the same in all aspects of my contact with them. I highly recommend this hospital

The hospital staff were very helpful from my 1st visit to the last, they explained every thing that would be happening to me in great deal and were professional throughout my treatment. From the cleaners to the consultant every body was so helpful and all ways had the time to have a chat with you and make sure you were as comfortable as possible during my stay in hospital. Cannot thank all the staff enough for the way they treated me with great care and dignity they are all a credit to there profession. Would like a special mention to Dave the physiotherapist he is a credit to the hospital, his help and encouragement as helped me recover very quickly and he is a true gentleman nothing was to much trouble for him. Thank you all so much.
